1. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Booking and Cancellation
- All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid payment method.
- Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a one-night stay charge.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
3. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards neighbours, other guests, and property.
- No smoking is permitted in rooms or indoor areas. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for violations.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Disruptive behavior, including loud noise or parties, is not tolerated.
4. Visitors Policy
- Registered guests only are allowed to stay overnight.
- Visitors must leave the premises by 10:00 PM unless registered at the front desk.
- Guests are responsible for their visitors’ behavior.
5. Damage and Liability
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or fixtures.
- A damage deposit may be collected at check-in and refunded after inspection upon check-out.
- Azadi Hospitality is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
6. Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Daily housekeeping is not provided unless otherwise specified.
- Please report any maintenance issues to the front desk for prompt resolution.
7. Safety and Security
- Emergency exits are clearly marked. Please familiarize yourself with evacuation plans.
- Tampering with fire alarms, extinguishers, or security systems is strictly prohibited.
8. Pets Policy
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in your booking.
- Certified service animals are welcome with prior notification.
9. Food and Alcohol
- Outside food is allowed unless restricted in certain areas.
- Alcohol consumption is not permitted at all.
- Drunken or disorderly behavior will lead to eviction without refund.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Azadi Hospitality reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who fails to comply with these rules, without refund.
